Welcome to c777cb (referred to throughout these Terms & Conditions as "c777cb", "we", "us" or "the Platform"). c777cb is an English-language online gaming and sports betting platform designed to serve adult players, with a particular focus on users located in Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and c777cb governing all access to and use of the Platform, including all sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, bonuses and any other services offered.

All bets placed on c777cb are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placement. It is your responsibility to read and understand those rules before confirming any wager. General rules applicable to all betting activity on c777cb include the following:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the wager appears in your bet history. Unconfirmed bets are not binding.
• Odds Errors: Where a bet has been accepted at clearly erroneous odds — whether caused by technical error, data feed failure or human input — c777cb reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account.
• Market Suspension: Markets may be suspended at any time prior to settlement due to breaking news, injuries, weather events or data integrity concerns. Bets placed before a suspension are valid unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Voided Bets: A bet may be voided if the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified cut-off, or if market integrity cannot be confirmed. In such cases, the original stake is returned.
• Limits: c777cb applies minimum and maximum stake limits at market level. These limits are displayed before bet placement and may be adjusted by the Platform at any time.
• Results: Settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body. For Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 and ICC tournament fixtures, DLS-method results and official match outcomes are used where applicable.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with support within 30 days of the relevant event's settlement. c777cb's decision on disputed bets is final and binding.

c777cb offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which supplement and, where inconsistent, take precedence over this Section 7. The following general bonus rules apply to all c777cb promotions:

• One bonus per player: Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying game types and contribution percentages are published on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses not wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Withdrawal trigger: Where a deposit bonus has been accepted, withdrawal of the deposit amount prior to meeting the wagering requirement may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

• Modify, create derivative works from or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c777cb and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption to service, including during high-traffic periods such as PSL T20 finals or ICC World Cup fixtures.
• Technical failures of third-party payment processors, game providers or data feed suppliers.
• Any losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

c777cb's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your c777cb account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

c777cb reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any user account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or any other criminal activity.
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Use of automated software or prohibited wagering tools.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Where continued operation of the account would pose a risk to c777cb, its licensors or other users.

Upon account closure, c777cb will conduct a final review of any outstanding bonus obligations, pending bets and KYC status. Legitimate balances will be returned to verified users through standard withdrawal channels, subject to any applicable investigation period. c777cb may withhold funds for the duration of a fraud or compliance investigation.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to any special withdrawal priority; standard KYC and processing timelines apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c777cb holds its operating licence. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
